Room was a bit cramped. No business center or computers available, one washer and dryer but the dryer did not work so it was a 10 min walk to the nearest laundry mat. No continental breakfast, which really sucked for the amount of money we paid per night, about $270 a night. Also there was constant construction. Jack hammers loud right near the entrance until well past 8pm. Parking is nearly impossible to find. However, the location was fantastic. Very close to cute nearby shops.

My recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca was excellent. I would like to specifically recognize Kaleb, the Assistant Manager, and Dwayne at the front desk for their exceptional service. Kaleb was professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. His leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Dwayne was equally impressive, greeting us with a warm smile and providing helpful assistance whenever needed. His friendly and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. Both Kaleb and Dwayne represent the hotel exceptionally well and played a significant role in making our visit enjoyable. Thank you for your dedication and hospitality. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca and look forward to staying there again.

I sincerely appreciate Kaleb MacCall, the Assistant Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca, for his exceptional hospitality and customer service. He was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel valued and comfortable. His professionalism and kindness made our visit especially enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Dwayne at the front desk for his outstanding service. He was always courteous, approachable, and eager to assist with any questions or requests. To start the parking situation is not good if you are old or have a handicap. It is a few block away and on a rainy day it makes it worse. My room had not had fresh air in it for a long time. It smelled of stale air, wet dog and sweat. The windows did not open. The air conditioner in the room was barely working as it was a hot day. Front desk told me it may take a few hours to cool down. It never dropped below 74 degrees. The Staff was great all around! Very kind. They tried to accommodate me but there were no more handicap bathrooms available. I purchased a can of right guard and sprayed the entire room and came back 3 hours later. Better than it was. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Good shower with a spray hose. The pool needs a good scrubbing as the walls were a bit moldy. The breakfast restaurant has a paid breakfast, buffet or made to order. Good food & service. Night time bar/restaurant had ok food and drinks. Over all I stay at mostly Hiltons when I travel and I would not stay here again.
